We are passionate about shirts elaborate enough to be worn at the Nobel Prize banquet. Shirts with a thought, and a story behind them. Simply, shirts that make you remarkable. To create that kind of a shirt takes a lot of thought. Not a single detail can be left to chance. So we think. We squeeze, feel and look. Study yarns, fabrics, techniques. We search for new angles and points of view, travelling the world to find it. So far, the sketch paper is empty. But not for long.
The magic happens
Back at the studio in Borås. Inspiration has struck us once again. Pencils are sharpened and blood starts rushing to our heads. The sketching begins and we take the first physical step towards a new Oscar shirt. Decisions about fabric, patterns and cuts are made. Always with the highest quality standards in mind. And it is not just about physical quality. The sense of quality is as important to us. If you don’t feel it, we have failed. But we can almost promise that you will.
Bring into being
Brains are emptied and sketches finished, it is time for production. To give birth to a new Oscar model. A short, efficient and responsible chain of command is important to us. We choose each supplier with great care. All our shirts are produced in Poland, with top-quality fabrics chosen from weaveries across Europe. Finally, the shirt arrives at your retailer. And we are happy. After all, shirts are all we know, but we know it better than most. That is why we make only shirts.
